Blue Flypaper Sends its Props to Alec Baldwin

Update: Alec Baldwin is a good dad. Story here.

+++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++

Alec Baldwin is one of the top actors in Hollywood but he hasn't let his A-level celebrity status affect his commitment to fighting against all conservative initiatives. He even threatened the whole country that they just might lose Alec Baldwin if they elected GW as President. I wouldn't be surprised if that threat alone brought 1 million or more votes to the Democrats. I'm glad that he didn't go through with it. No doubt he would have moved to France where they have true democracy not too mention incredible worker's benefits.

I have to agree with you. His will power for things he believes in is absolutely incredible. I was at a fund raiser in California that he put together and to hear him speak about conservation and other toopics just makes you want to get up, run to the White House, and rewrite all the bills and laws yourself. He's so passionate, so inspiring, and so knowlegable about the topics he talks about. He sweats a lot as he speaks, so you know he's definately way into what he's talking about. He was soaked by the end of the night - you could honestly just feel his intensity.

First off, he's a Baldwin! Hoo hoo!

Okay, control myself. If he was just a hunk I wouldn't care that much. But he is a hunk of the people. He knows the damage that conservatives are doing to the world. Just look at what Bush has done to Africa. He should be put up on war crimes.

as S. Anderson's comment says, Alec is passionate, inspriring, and so forth that even his sweat is moving! What Repubs can you say that about?

Hmm it sounds like we need to send him to Alaska for real and let him fight a large brown bear for survival. Lets see how his pussy liberal views stand up to a 1500lb. animal that only wants to rip his face off and eat his worthless carcass for lunch.

What a piece of crap. i will definatly not watch any more of his movies, instead i think i will get more tom selleck movies.

in case you didn't get the reference i was speaking of the film he starred in "The Edge".

I USED to think it was a good movie until i found out that alec was a sellout.

A movie about two people hurting a bear cannot be considered good even if it does have a Baldwin!

"hurting a bear" huh? only after it killed thier friend and tried to kill them to. i supposed they should have taken the bear to a support group and given it a second chance before they killed it for survival?

Have you ever even been more than 2 miles from a shopping mall ?

As I remember, they are in a national park. Parks are for animals, not people.

National Parks are places where your aren't allowed to BUILD anything. People are still allowed in. Ever heard of Yellowstone? Arcadia?

But you think that people belong in the urban sprawl anyway, with no business interacting with nature. You have no respect for the natural order of life.

I truly hope you don't have or ever will have children. they will grow up thinking that all animals live peacefully together and talk when humans aren't around.

Oh BTW if parks are for animals and not people you might want to tell your skanky goth friend there to get the hell out cause she's not allowed near any wilderness.

She is eco-sensitive and leaves only footprints where she goes.

When animals kill animals it is "nature." When people kill animals it is "murder."

So its ok for her to go into parks but its not ok for people who might be stranded in the wilderness to fight for thier survival ?

Sounds fair.

Well then, what do you call it when an animal kills a person ?

Oh BTW in case you didn't pay attention in school, people ARE animals. Not magic fairys from la la land.

Nature. People should not invade their habitat.

What do you mean their habitat do you think the apartment or house you live in just naturally occured man has been infringing on animals habitat since the dawn of time. By the way "The Edge" may have been shot in national park but took place in the wilds of Alaska. Don't get me wrong I love National parks and being out in the wilds, but I also enjoy Hunting and fishing. and you better believe that if I see a 800+ pound Grizley bear coming after me he is going to take an entire magazine from whatever gun is closest to me at the time.

It's a pitty that to enjoy nature you must kill it. Couldn't you instead just take a camera and just leave footprints?
